Drinking green smoothies have so many health benefits - improves the skin condition and provides the healthy glow, gives extra power and it is filled with vitamins, that our body needs on a daily basis.
On top of that it's super fun, easy to make and really delicious!
My favorite recipe is simple and consists from only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
spinach
1 kiwi
1 apple
1 banana
Only 4 ingredients
Wash the products, cut them, mix in a blender with some water and you are ready to go! It is so easy!
From this amount of products I make 2 full cups - one for me and one for my hubby :)
